Recently, the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China released the Adjudication Highlights of the Intellectual Property Tribunal (2025). From 3,146 cases concluded in 2025, 132 representative cases were selected, summarizing 159 adjudication principles. Two patent cases in which Mr. Wang Chengen, Head of the ACIES Team (Beijing Yingke Law Firm, Shenzhen Office), participated as counsel have been successfully included, marking another significant recognition.
