Before joining Yingke Law Firm Shenzhen Office, Guoxing Xu worked at Shenzhen Standard Patent & Trademark Agency Ltd., engaging in patent and trademark agency services.
Guoxing Xu later served as the head of the IP Center of a business division at the Legal Department of Midea Group Headquarters, where He was responsible for overseeing and managing the intellectual property affairs of the division. He also held the position of Senior Manager at the Intellectual Property Center of TCL Corporation, where he managed IP matters for several of the group’s subsidiaries.
Guoxing Xu has over ten years of practical experience in the field of intellectual property and is highly proficient in corporate IP protection and enforcement, with particular expertise in handling legal matters related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
