Icelyn Zhang has an interdisciplinary background. She majored in economics as an undergraduate and resolutely switched to law for her postgraduate studies, deeply integrating financial thinking with legal expertise. Since entering the legal profession, she has accumulated more than six years of practical experience and is proficient in various fields such as contract economic disputes, labor and personnel disputes, and marriage and family affairs.

1. Represented the plaintiff Mr. Wang in a private lending case against defendant Mr. Li. Despite the long elapsed time and lack of direct loan agreements, we successfully located other favorable evidence including bank transfer records. The court ultimately upheld the claim requiring the defendant to repay the 1.7 million yuan loan.

3. Represented the defendant Shenzhen XX Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. in a property service contract dispute with a training school. By actively filing a counterclaim and arguing for the application of the "change of circumstances" doctrine, we helped the client recover 610,000 yuan in lease deposits and reduce liquidated damages by 470,000 yuan.
4. Represented tenant Guangzhou XX Education Service Co., Ltd. in multiple lease disputes. Through strategic litigation, we successfully excluded the landlord's claims for vacancy losses during litigation and avoided liability for occupancy fees and penalties.
5. Represented plaintiff Shenzhen XX International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. in a case against defendants Xu and Wang. Without written contracts, we calculated 64,000 yuan in arrears based on evidence, issued demand letters, secured court acceptance, and obtained judgment supported by defendants' admission during trial.
6. Represented applicant Dongguan XX Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. in a sales contract arbitration against Henan XX Technology Co., Ltd. Despite missing key original agreements and lack of legal fee provisions, we overturned the case to secure 20,000 yuan in overdue payments with interest, plus partial (1/3) legal fees.
7. Represented applicant Dongguan XX Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. in a sales contract arbitration against Henan XX Technology Co., Ltd. Despite missing key original agreements and lack of legal fee provisions, we overturned the case to secure 20,000 yuan in overdue payments with interest, plus partial (1/3) legal fees.
8. Represented plaintiff Mr. Huang in claiming 175,000 yuan equity transfer payment from defendant Mr. Yang. Despite defendant's defense citing lower-priced transfer in SAIC records, the court fully supported our claim based on commitment letters.
9. Represented plaintiff Mr. Song in recovering 500,000 yuan transferred to ex-fiancée Ms. Hu, using litigation strategies to prove payment despite insufficient transfer evidence.
10. Represented minor plaintiff Li XX in successfully increasing child support payments and modifying custody arrangements against father Mr. Li.
Long-term Legal Advisory:
★ For Shenzhen XX Property Management Co., handled a historical issue of a tenant maliciously defaulting on rent and occupying premises, recovering 260,000 yuan in rent arrears, occupancy fees, property fees, and maintenance costs.
★ Serving as legal counsel for Shenzhen XX Elderly Care Management Co., providing comprehensive services including consultations, document drafting, and training for this community-based elderly care institution operating innovative facilities and cognitive rehabilitation centers
